“Glamour model” regrets entry into “sleazy” porn industry

The NZ Herald recently reported:

“Glamour model” is the oddly British euphemism for women who strip off for the porn magazines – but yesterday 26-year-old Conrad gave a candid interview to the Herald on Sunday to warn other young Kiwi girls not to follow her into the “sleazy” industry. At age 18, she began stripping at The Mermaid club in downtown Auckland. At 21, she got into “glamour shoots” when she did two shoots for NZX, a magazine published by Auckland porn magnate Steve Crow.

Judges Must Toughen Up on Child Porn Offenders – Says Family First (NZ)

In its Media Release issued today, Family First NZ, a charity registered with the NZ Charities Commission, says it “is pointing the finger directly at the judiciary and demanding that they toughen up on the naming and sentencing of child pornography offenders.”

Family First (NZ) Joins Call to Ban “Eroticised Violence against Women” Video

Family First (NZ), a registered charity with the NZ Charities Commission, has joined the Coalition Against Trafficking in Women International and the US-based Media Watch, in calling for a ban on an upcoming music video they say features “Eroticised Violence against Women”. The Society (SPCS), while not having viewed the “video teaser”, would like to see the publication promptly referred to the Acting Chief Censor, Ms Nicola McCully, for classification.

Better Business Services, Inc. and Porn Marketing Connections ‘Down Under’

Better Business Services, Inc., also referred to as BBS Inc, was incorporated in San Antonio, Texas, on November 11th, 1983, and was authorised under Texas Charter number 67876000 to carry out defined business activities in Texas including those carried out in a certified public accountancy practice (tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll etc). Its federal tax identification number, or Employer ID Number (EIN) is 742579109. BBS Inc. has no accreditation with the Better Business Bureau. BBS Inc. has business links to the hardcore porn industry ‘down under’ in New Zealand establishing a clear link between NZ-based pornographer and banned company director Stephen (Steve) Peter Crow and US-based businessman and company director John Malcolm Carr, known as John M Carr CPA.

On 6th September 1984 under charter number P03291 it was authorised to do similar business in Florida. BBS Inc. and is recorded in state records as operated by John Malcolm Carr CPA, a San Antonio Texas-based businessman who is listed as its director, president and registered agent, of 22588 Scenic Loop Rd, San Antonio, TX 78255.
