Who do creditors owed money from John Clancy’s various liquidated companies contact?

All creditors, including contractors and subcontractors owed money from John Clancy’s various liquidated companies,  need to URGENTLY contact the appointed Liquidator(s) to file a claim on the appropriate creditor’s application form (see link above and more below).

Go to the Companies Office website http://www.companies.govt.nz and do a search under the “entity” tab for the company. Find the Liquidator’s Report or appointment document which will provide instructions with contact details. Unsecured creditors claim forms can be accessed from the Liquidator(s) and need to be returned promptly to them.

Three Liquidated John Clancy companies and Contacts for Liquidator(s) 

The Joint and several Liquidators appointed on 20 October 2014 for Derby Grey Ltd (formerly called Global Developments (NZ) Ltd), were Wade Steven Glass and Gareth Russell Hoole – Ecovis KGA Ltd, P O Box 37223, Parnell, Auckland 1151.

The Liquidator appointed on 10 July 2015 for Global Developments 511 Madras Street Ltd was Iain Andrew Nellies, Insolvency Management Ltd, Level 3, Burns House, 10 George Street, Dunedin, 9016. Phone +64 3 4792639. Public Email iml@insolvency.co.nz

The Liquidator appointed on 22 July 2015 for Global Developments (Waltham) Ltd was David Murray Blanchett. PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Auckland. 188 Quay Street, Auckland Central, Auckland, 1010. Phone+64 7 8387419.
