Late on Wednesday evening 16 December, company director John Malcolm  Carr  (see photo – http://www.carr.co.nz/images/jmc.jpg) changed the registered name of the listed shareholder of four New Zealand registered companies he directs, from “Cuchara Inc” to “Carr Consulting P.A.”  By doing so he confirmed the Society’s contention (see Dec. Newsletter) that he had been using an incorrect US-based corporation shareholder name for about nine years in his annual returns.  The Society is correct to have asserted that all the shares are in fact held by a professional association  (P.A.) authorised to render financial planning advice and related services in Florida through Better Business Services Inc, which Carr directs from his office in the US.
