Flynt Targeted By Aids Campaign Group

Hustler magazine boss LARRY FLYNT is facing a battle with anti-AIDS campaigners who have filed a workplace safety complaint against the porn mogul, accusing him of failing to provide a safe environment for his sex stars…

The complaint claims the movies “clearly demonstrate workplace activities highly likely to spread bloodborne pathogens in the workplace”, reports the Associated Press.

Porn King’s Billboard Banned. Wiliam Mace. BusinessDay.co.nz

Porn king Steve Crow’s latest affront to society – a moving billboard displaying an image of a “woman’s naked pelvic area with a halved melon” positioned in front of it – has been banned by the Advertising Standards Complaints Board.

The woman appears to be “simulating female masturbation”, says the ASCB.

The advertisement was strategically placed on a mobile billboard and towed around Auckland’s streets in the lead up to Crow’s annual Erotica Lifestyles Expo during August. The Erotica website said the company’s phones had run hot with calls from people either loving or hating the ad.

Rosary beads ‘save’ man who fell 39 stories.

October 1, 2010 by SPCS Leave a Comment

NYC man plunges 40 stories, lands on car, survives. Associated Press Sept 1

NEW YORK — A New York City man who plunged 39 stories from the roof of an apartment building has survived after crashing onto a parked car.
Witnesses and police say 22-year-old Thomas Magill tried to commit suicide by jumping from the high-rise at West 63rd Street on Tuesday. He landed in the backseat area of a Dodge Charger after crashing through the windshield.
Magill suffered broken legs. Police say he’s in critical condition.
The car’s owner, Guy McCormack, of Old Bridge, N.J., told the Daily News he’s convinced that rosary beads he kept inside the Dodge saved Magill’s life.
Witnesses told police they saw Magill falling past their windows.
He isn’t the only New Yorker to survive a high-rise fall. Window washer Alcides Moreno fell 47 stories from the roof of a skyscraper in December 2007 and doctors expect him to walk again.
