On Wednesday 11th August at 12.30 pm banned company director Steve Crow and Miss Erotica 2010 will be heading a parade of scorpion tanks, motorcycles with bare-breasted pillions and vehicles down Queen Street Auckland – in order to promote Crow’s failing hardcore pornography empire. Eden Digital Ltd directed by John Malcolm Carr, a San Antonio Texas based CPA, is the business entity linked to the parade of tawdry titillation that promotes a forthcoming three day event – Erotica Lifestyles Expo – featuring a collection of imported US-based porn stars, sex toys and lewd acts. On Thursday 12th August at 12.30 pm the same boringly predictable parade will head through Hamilton city streets.
Steve Crow is intending to hand out $250,000 worth of free vouchers to those attending the porn parades, so they can purchase hard core pornography DVDs marketed by his failing business Vixen Direct. In a tawdry press release issued to Fairfax Media by Michelle Ruebe (on behalf of Vixen Direct dated 6/08/10), Crow has announced his intention to give away 12,500 vouchers in Auckland next week entitling the bearer to a full length hard-core porn DVD worth $20.00 from his distribution company Vixen Direct.
The New Zealand Police, always so ready to assist such events organised by Crow, will no doubt help in crowd control as teenage boys, porn-watching Ministers of the Crown and other ‘red-blooded kiwi blokes’ , lurch in frenzied latent lust towards the bare-breasted women handing out these titillating tawdry coupons – each one approved no doubt by the Acting Chief Censor – Ms Nicola McCully.
Porn Company CVC Group Ltd, directed by John Malcolm Carr, is 39% owned by Velocity Partners Ltd, a company he owns and directs. 40% of CVC Group is owned by HWGA Co Ltd, which is directed by Steve Crow’s brother and sister, David Bruce Crow and Leanne Marie Osborn. David now holds 50% of the shares of HWGA Company Ltd which used to be directed by Stephen (Steve) Peter Crow until he recently resigned after being banned as a company director for four years commencing 16 April 2010.
John Malcolm Carr, who co-directed CVC Group Ltd with Steve Crow until he (Steve) was forced to resign, faces eight serious criminal charges in the Auckland District Court on 12 August, brought against him by the Ministry of Economic Development’s Enforcement Unit under the Financial Reporting Act 1993. Hardcore porn promoter John M Carr remains the sole director of CVC Group Ltd and its daughter hardcore porn company Eden Digital Ltd.
David Bruce Crow of Inglewood, director of Buildwise Ltd (In Liq) which was placed in liquidation last year owing hundreds of thousands of dollars to creditors in the Taranaki, is currently the sole director of 435 Devon Ltd which purchased the New Plymouth RSA Clubrooms (NPRSA) for $1.9 million using entirely borrowed money. $1.525 M was left in the building as a second mortgage by the former owner (NPRSA) and the Crow brothers borrowed $375,00 as a first mortgage from PMIT Nominees Ltd. They also borrowed more money with a view to developing the property – plans which have come to nothing.
David Crow currently owns 1,000 shares (10%) of 435 Devon Ltd, his wife Carolyn owns 40% and his brother Steve, a former director of the company at the time the property was purchased from NPRSA, owns 50%. 435 Devon Ltd has never had any equity in the property and has leased out part of the building as a function centre/restaurant since its purchase in 2008. The media is aware that 435 Devon Ltd has defaulted for months on both its mortgages and the New Plymouth District Council is owed about $25,000 in unpaid rates. Other creditors ar owed thousands of dollars. The NPRSA is reputed to be owed over $60,000 of unpaid interest dating back to February this year.
No doubt all these creditors of the Crow brothers will be lining up along Queen Street in Auckland next week to cheer on banned director Steve Crow and his colourful naked ambition. Steve has announced that Leanne Marie Osborn of Fitzroy, New Plymouth, his sister and a co-directot with brother David of HWGA Co. Ltd, will be helping match each porn coupon toting bare-breasted women in the parade with a suitable vehicle to mount.
Porn in the family is certainly something worth crowing about when one is financially impotent. The two porn companies Vixen Publications Ltd and Sidefx Ltd that Steve Crow once directed until he was banned as a director appear to be in big trouble. The Registrar of Companies will shortly be striking these companies off the register if shareholders and management fail to find a replacement director for the banned Mr Steve Crow by the 12 August 2010. Crow’s lurid disposal of 12,500 porn DVDs to the general public using a bevvy of bare-breasted babes may be a signal that both companies are dead in a cesspool of liquidated porn.
