September 2, 2010 by SPCS Leave a Comment

Today the Registrar of Companies Mr Neville Harris has announced his intention to remove two companies formerly directed by banned director Steve Crow, from the Register under section 318(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (see Company removal notices  www.companies.govt.nz). Steve Crow, banned company director, promotes porn sleaze on city streets

August 6, 2010 by SPCS Leave a Comment

On Wednesday 11th August at 12.30 pm banned company director Steve Crow and Miss Erotica 2010 will be heading a parade of scorpion tanks, motorcycles with bare-breasted pillions and vehicles down Queen Street Auckland – in order to promote Crow’s failing hardcore pornography empire. Eden Digital Ltd directed by John Malcolm Carr, a San Antonio Texas based CPA, is the business entity linked to the parade of tawdry titillation that promotes a forthcoming three day event – Erotica Lifestyles Expo – featuring a collection of imported US-based porn stars, sex toys and lewd acts. On Thursday 12th August at 12.30 pm the same boringly predictable parade will head through Hamilton city streets.

Steve Crow is intending to hand out $250,000 worth of free vouchers to those attending the porn parades, so they can purchase hard core pornography DVDs marketed by his failing business Vixen Direct. [Read more…]

Carr Consulting P.A. and offences against NZ Companies Act 1993

January 9, 2010 by SPCS Leave a Comment

Commerce Minister Simon Power should discuss with officials the registration of companies with overseas directors such as John M Carr, after the recent flare up of controversy over New Zealand hardcore porn companies John Carr co- directs with “NZ Porn King” Steve Crow – which are all linked to a Florida registered professional association (P.A.) shareholder Carr Consulting P.A. Investigators should be looking at flaws in the New Zealand companies registration system that allowed a Texas-based NZ company director, John Malcolm Carr (see photo – http://www.carr.co.nz/images/jmc.jpg), with US and NZ citizenship, to falsely represent the shareholding of four NZ companies he directs (including Velocity Partners Ltd) and get away with it, using a false corporation name “Cuchara Inc” from 14 March 2000 until 16 December 2009.

September 6, 2009 by SPCS Leave a Comment

Porn King Steve Crow was appointed co-director on 8 December 2005 of a company directed by Dermott Malley, and Linzi Frances Malley – Computer Shopper (NZ) Ltd (Co. No. 514464) – that is now in liquidation. According to the Liquidator’s Report dated 28 May 2009, it owes $163,550 to Second Ranking Preferential Creditor – the IRD – and $262,528 to over 40 unsecured creditors, with other debts yet to be assessed.

Dermott Malley and his wife were directors of the company from 14 May 1992 to 1 September 2006 and Stephen Peter Crow (Steve Crow) served with them as co-director for 11 months before becoming sole director after they resigned. Under Crow’s leadership the company became insolvent and Crow recommended to shareholders, that it be placed into liquidation on 27 May 2009. The Company is 100% owned by CVC Group Ltd (Co.
