The major shareholder of porn ‘mother company’ CVC Group Ltd, from which Steve Crow has just resigned as director, is HWGA Co. Ltd which owns 40% of the CVC Group shares. Steve Crow who for the last ten months has been sole director of HWGA Co. Ltd and still remains its director, has today registered with the Companies Office, the appointment of CVC Group shareholder Leanne Marie Osborn. his sister and David Bruce Crow his bother, as two additional directors – effective from 15 May 2010. The Society lodged formal complaints with the Companies Office last year over the attempted appointment of David Crow as a director of HWGA Co. John M Carr CPA – Carr Consulting P.A. and Cromwell NZ property sales
John Malcolm Carr CPA (see photo links below) is founding co-director of the New-Zealand registered company Carrlandazz Holdings Ltd which is 50% owned by PJ Digital Ltd which he directs and whose owner is Florida-registered corporation Carr Consulting P.A. John M Carr is both Principal and registered agent for Carr Consulting P.A., a professional association authorised by Florida State law only to render financial planning advice to clients in Florida. The beneficial shareholder of Carr Consulting P.A. appears to be John M Carr. Carrlandazz Holdings Ltd (Co. No. 1241246), incorporated on 19 July 2002, has since then purchased property in Cromwell and subsequently sold off 29 sections (listed below) for a considerable profit – of which it took 50%. Its parent company PJ Digital Limited and ultimately its parent Carr Consulting P.A. benefited from the land grab and sales.

John M Carr (see photo links below) incorporated Triton Energy Corporation [TEC] on August 10, 2006 in the State of Florida and it is currently listed as “active” in State records. He is director, principal and registered agent of this “For Profit Corporation” that has its principal business address listed as 1621 Hillcrest St, Orlando, FL 32803. It is the same business address he has recorded for Carr Consulting P.A., which he owns and also directs – and from where he renders financial planning advice to Floridians.

Commerce Minister Simon Power should discuss with officials the registration of companies with overseas directors such as John M Carr, after the recent flare up of controversy over New Zealand hardcore porn companies John Carr co- directs with “NZ Porn King” Steve Crow – which are all linked to a Florida registered professional association (P.A.) shareholder Carr Consulting P.A. Investigators should be looking at flaws in the New Zealand companies registration system that allowed a Texas-based NZ company director, John Malcolm Carr (see photo – http://www.carr.co.nz/images/jmc.jpg), with US and NZ citizenship, to falsely represent the shareholding of four NZ companies he directs (including Velocity Partners Ltd) and get away with it, using a false corporation name “Cuchara Inc” from 14 March 2000 until 16 December 2009.
