He is director, principal and registered agent of this “For Profit Corporation” that has its principal business address listed as 1621 Hillcrest St, Orlando, FL 32803. It is the same business address he has recorded for Carr Consulting P.A., which he owns and also directs – and from where he renders financial planning advice to Floridians.
