(Tax ID 17424831992) which was incorporated in Texas on 11 December 1987 and is currently “in good standing not for dissolution or withdrawal through May 17, 2010”. The registered agent of this active domestic for profit corporation is recorded on the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) Records as Christina De Russo who gives her address as 22588 Scenic Loop Rd, San Antonio TX 78255. However, this is the very same address given by Mr John Malcolm Carr in his role as co-director with President Angelika G. Carr of B.B.S. Charities, Inc. (Tax ID 30114169250: Employer ID 74-257-9109), a tax exempt entity of which he is treasurer, secretary and registered agent (see www.bbscharities.org and refs below).
